This application is for business owners who are done guessing what to work on every week and want a clear way their business runs day to day. We are not adding more apps. We are setting up the base that keeps your work from resetting every time you sit down to work.

This is for you if:

  • You started your business, but the back-end office was never set up on purpose.

  • You spend too much time hunting for files, rewriting tasks, or “getting organized” again.

  • Your business lives in a mix of apps, docs, and notes that only make sense because you are the one holding them together.

  • You want one clear way your business runs instead of building a new system every few weeks.

What we will build together:

  • One simple home base for your business, so you are not chasing work across a pile of tabs.

  • A clear way to track tasks so you know what needs to happen now, what comes next, and what can wait.

  • A basic file structure so you can open your laptop and go straight to what you need without hunting.

  • Straightforward weekly routines so you are not rebuilding your work setup every Monday.

  • Simple tracking so you can see what is going on without building a complex dashboard you will never use.

How it works:

  • We work together for 6–8 weeks.

  • You get two 60-minute calls: one to map what is happening now, and one to tighten and stabilize your setup.

  • You get written support between calls so you can ask questions while you are implementing.

  • The focus is strategy and structure; no done-for-you work unless we both agree on an add-on.

  • I work with a maximum of two clients at a time, so you are not one of twenty people trying to get my attention.

Investment:

$4,500 when you pay in full
or 2 payments of $2,400 ($4,800 total).
